High appraisal of works completed
The high level of professionalism of the architects, designers, engineers, and builders of the Knyazhye Ozero unique cottage settlement has yet again received well-deserved recognition:
SAPSAN once again received a gold award in the BUSINESS category of Settlement of the Year 2005.
After an independent expert evaluation known as "Checked. Building" Building Lifе magazine
gave the highest five-star rating to SAPSAN.
In the same year, the President of SAPSAN, Sergey Shmakov, who was simultaneously pursuing his career in sports, was presented the title of Master of Sports, International Grade.
