New professional achievements. Refocusing on High-Rise Housing
In 2013, SAPSAN Group of Companies was officially included in the list of the Top 100 best enterprises and organizations of Russia in the Best Construction Industry Enterprise category based on the decision of the Innovations and Development International Forum Expert Board.
During SAPSAN Group of Companies' press-conference held in September 2013, President Sergey Shmakov and Vice-President Svetlana Shmakova announced the diversification of their business and a refocusing effort on high-rise housing.
Just a month later, the general public was first presented with the Melodiya Lesa project, the first high-rise residential complex to ever be built by SAPSAN Group of Companies.
