Completion of the Snegiri, Zarechye, and Pleskovo settlements
The production capacity of SAPSAN allowed for the completion of three cottage settlements in the span of a year: Snegiri located on Volokolamskoye Shosse (Highway), Zarechye—in Kuntsevo-4 (now Skolkovo), and Pleskovo—on Kievskoye Shosse (Highway).
Insofar as during that period the Russian market of countryside housing was not yet ready for mass settlement construction, SAPSAN worked on both small projects as well as complex construction ventures.
